Welcome to Raintree Retreat — your serene escape tucked away near beautiful Lake Tawakoni. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin-style home features an inviting open-concept living and dining area, perfect for cozy evenings or family meals. Enjoy the evenings outside on the wrap-around porch in the hammock or the swing.

Features a compact kitchen with cabinets, fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and utensils. Comfy queen bed in the primary, full size bed in secondary and pull-out futon in living room along with a twin/full air mattress for extra sleeping space.

Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Self-check in: Make sure back door lock is placed in the horizontal position upon leaving
We kindly ask you to respect these times so our cleaning team can prepare the space for the next guests.

Maximum guest allowed: 8

No more than 5 vehicles allowed on property

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome up to three furry friends at Raintree Retreat. Please remember to clean up after them, keep them off the furniture when possible, and never leave them unattended outdoors.

🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted. Please use designated ashtrays or dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Thank you for helping us keep the home clean and fresh for everyone.

🎉 House Rules

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors:
• No large events or parties
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Respect the neighbors and the community

🧹 Before You Leave

Before checking out, please:
• Wash and put away dishes

• Put dirty linens in a pile in the corner
• Pick up trash (including pet waste)
• Return items to their original spots
• Double-check for personal belongings

• set thermostat back to 78 in the summer & 58 in the winter

• Lock all doors & windows

• Lock gate back

🧹 Damages & Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

🧹 Cancellations

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice for a refund
